TAYPLUS is the Annual Review published by the TRRO. It seeks to complement TAYWATCH by bringing together longer discussions of key strategic issues facing the Tay region with a number of Perspectives on key policy issues. This 1997 volume examines the restructuring of European Union (EU) funding arrangements, the establishment of a Scottish Parliament and the proposed waterfront development in Dundee.
